At Play Central, we understand what families need—a safe, engaging space where kids can explore, have fun, and learn through play while parents relax knowing their little ones are in a secure environment.
Conveniently located in Crate Walthamstow within 17&Central our soft play area offers an exciting experience for kids of all ages, with plenty of fun activities that keep them entertained for hours.
But Play Central is more than just a play area—it’s a community hub where families can connect, make new friends, and feel part of a local network. We offer affordable family outings, with tasty food options that cater to everyone, from kid-friendly meals to snacks parents will love.

Monday to Saturday
9 am – 7 pm (last admission 5.30 pm)
Sunday
10 am – 6.30 pm (last admission 5 pm)
We are closed on Easter Sunday and Christmas Day.

Baby and toddler: 0-2 years
Junior: 3-7 years
Prices
General Admission: 90 minutes of Play
0- 6 months: Price per play - £5
7 months -2 years: Price per play - £6
3 - 7 years: Price per play - £7.50

🎉 Party or group of 20+?
Enjoy a special discount — just head to Book Party and select the date and add guests. The discount will be automatically applied when you select the 20+ guest package.

Want to celebrate after your play session? You can reserve a table or book one of our party rooms.
Feeling extra fancy? Hire the entire soft play for a private 90‑minute adventure or grab a discounted 1‑hour last‑admission session.
Adults & Guests
For each Play Session you can add up to two adults for free.
Extra adults are £7.50 each.
For parties/groups: you can add one free adult per paying child.
All guests — even complimentary ones — must be included in your booking. We can’t add extra adults or children once you arrive.
Need to Change Your Booking?
Easy!
Log in to your Account Area using your last name + booking reference.
Play sessions: changes allowed up to 3 hours before
Parties/groups: changes allowed up to 48 hours before
Private hire: email Hello@crate17.co.uk at least 14 days before
