Nurture your body, bond with your little one, and find calm in the chaos of early parenthood. This yoga class is designed for parents and their babies. Together, you'll enjoy mindful movement, breathwork, and playful interactions that support postpartum recovery, relaxation, and connection.

Expect a welcoming, judgment-free space where crying, feeding, and diaper changes are all part of the flow. Each class includes parent-focused yoga stretches, baby-friendly poses, songs, and time for social connection with other caregivers.

No prior yoga experience needed. Bring a mat, a blanket for your baby, and whatever you need to feel comfortable.
